DEPOSITS
• All appointments require a $30 nonrefundable retainer at the time of booking.
• Extension appointments require 50% of the service total due at booking.
• Hair styling & makeup for special events require a 25% nonrefundable retainer.
• All retainers are nonrefundable and go toward the total service price.
CANCELLATIONS
• A $50 fee will be charged for any cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• This fee must be paid before rebooking or rescheduling in the future.
• If the client reschedules right away, the original deposit will still be applied once the fee has been paid.
LATE ARRIVALS
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.
GUEST POLICY
• Extra guests must be discussed with me prior to the appointment.
• I have one seating chair in my suite — other guests will need to wait in the lobby.
• Children may not be left alone in the lobby.
PAYMENTS
• Remaining balance is due at the end of service.
• Accepted payment methods: Card, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Zelle, Afterpay, Venmo, or Cash. No checks.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or disrespect.
• I am not responsible for results if the client has used box dye, at-home chemical treatments, or fails to disclose previous services.
• Client must disclose allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
AFTERCARE
• Once the client leaves, they are responsible for at-home care.
• No refunds or free redos will be given if aftercare instructions are not followed.
Trade & Collaboration Policy
- All trade agreements (service-for-service, product-for-service, or other exchanges) must have clear terms in writing, including the services/products being exchanged and an agreed-upon timeline.
- Trades must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of the service.
- If the trade agreement is not fully honored within the agreed timeframe, the client or collaborator will be responsible for paying the full service price.
- Once a service has been completed, trades cannot be altered, substituted, or delayed without prior written approval.
